Primary Responsibilities: • Respond to and complete on-call after hour emergency and urgent repairs, • Perform light construction including cabinet installation, flooring installation, drywall, rough and trim framing, plumbing, electrical, etc., • Respond to service calls, complete COM work and other property maintenance requirements including, but are not limited to cleaning, painting, interior/exterior decorating and maintenance, lawn maintenance, debris removal, plumbing, electrical work, smoke detector maintenance, repair or replacement of lights, roof repairs, heating/air systems maintenance, appliance repairs, etc. May include:, • Transport, install and connect stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers and other electrical and gas appliances, • Load and unload trucks and other conveyances; move supplies and materials to proper location by wheelbarrows or hand trucks; stack materials for storage of binning; collect refuse and salvageable materials, • Transport equipment, furnishings and appliances to job sites, • Repair and fabricate window and door screens and frames, • Dig, fill and tamp earth excavations; level grounds; shovel concrete; clean culverts and ditches; cut tree and brush; operate power tools and mowers, • Remove floor tile, sheet vinyl, ceramic floor tile and plywood. Remove damaged drywall, • Operate power blowers or use brooms to clean roof tops, sidewalks and driveways of leaves and debris. Job Description Position Overview: Assists with the fabrication and installation of various commercial graphic and signage projects Essential Duties: Drills, cuts and assembles substrates in the fabrication of all signs utilizing hand tools, power tools and larger equipment such as a CNC Router when necessary. Assists with the production of signs which may require vinyl-cut text, custom inks, paint, digital prints and screen printing on different substrates such as plexiglass, PVC, sandblast wood, banners, metals and other specialty substrates. Job Description Provide overall management direction for a field project or two or more smaller projects. Job Purpose Responsible for the profit and loss of each job and to ensure the monthly invoices are prepared by the accounting department and distributed in a timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities • Become the designated point of contact on assigned projects as well as liaison as required with Board Directors, Committees and/or Commissions., • Develop and maintain on-site positive relationships with all employees starting with the GC and/or Owners for a successful project., • Coordinate Mobilization of Equipment & Material with Managers, the Superintendent and/or GC., • Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to complete submittals as required for the project., • Collaborate with the Project Estimator on the preliminary project schedule and conduct the project hand off meeting between Estimator and Manager., • Coordinate and finalize schedules. Monitor and track schedules to complete projects on time.
