360Learning Administrator Contract, Remote (EST Hours) Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused 360Learning Administrator to support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing optimization of our newly implemented 360Learning platform. This role sits at the intersection of Learning & Development, Customer Success, and Technology, ensuring both internal teams and external clients successfully leverage the platform to achieve their learning objectives. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary administrator of the 360Learning platform across internal teams and external clients, • Support onboarding of new clients, including platform configuration, user setup, and initial training, • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on best practices for course creation, learner engagement, and program structure, • Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure smooth deployment and adoption, • Troubleshoot platform issues, manage support requests, and coordinate with 360Learning support when needed, • Manage and maintain learning content, including uploads, updates, and organization across client environments, • Configure and maintain integrations (SSO, HRIS, user provisioning) where applicable, • Monitor client usage, engagement metrics, and platform performance; provide actionable recommendations, • Develop training materials, documentation, and enablement resources for clients and internal stakeholders, • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including feature rollouts, feedback loops, and process optimization, • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and compliance across multiple client instances Qualifications • 2–4+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally in a client-facing environment, • Experience supporting onboarding or customer success initiatives, • Strong understanding of digital learning strategies and learner engagement techniques, • Experience working with external clients or stakeholders in a consultative capacity, • Technical aptitude with system configuration, integrations (SSO, APIs), and troubleshooting, • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data and recommend improvements, • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Preferred Skills • Experience specifically with 360Learning or similar platforms (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone, Absorb), • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and content authoring tools, • Project management experience in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, • Experience driving platform adoption and change management Education • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
