Job Description Position Summary As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients — providing high-quality customer service, facilitating smooth clinical operations, and ensuring accurate processing of registrations and scheduling. You’ll work closely with psychiatrists, PAs, clinical staff, patients, and families to support the delivery of excellent patient care.
