Duties include processing incoming and outgoing office mail, posting payments, addressing credit bureau disputes, scanning incoming correspondence into consumer accounts, overseeing the front desk on a rotating schedule, performing data entry of new business, and other duties as assigned. What does an Admin Services Representative do? • Perform Front Desk Receptionist responsibilities including answering incoming telephone calls, processing incoming faxes, and handling general voice mail messages., • Receive, open, sort, and disperse incoming office mail to various departments., • Weigh and stamp outgoing mail using a mail processing machine., • Perform data entry to accurately post a variety of payments and other cash and cash-related transactions to accounts (cash, checks, credit cards, money orders, bank wires)., • Sort and verify items collected against data reports., • Process new business including logging, data entry, proofing, correcting, approving, acknowledging, scanning, and updating client information., • Process garnishments approved by clients to employers., • Process incoming consumer employment information resulting from garnishment service to employers., • $15.50 per hour with opportunity wage increases with CSC’s Career Path Program., • Benefits starting right away: Paid Time Off (PTO), 9 paid holidays/year, flexible scheduling, and weekends off., • Benefits offered after 60 days: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and LTD.
