Regular work schedules are Monday through Friday: 7:45-4:45, 8:00-5:00, 8:15-5:15 or 11:00-5:15. Preschool Teacher Purpose: To cooperate in providing a warm and nurturing, high quality early childhood environment in which each child can grow physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially. Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full and part-time Preschool Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development., • Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning., • Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians., • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices., • Organize and participate in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development., • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible. Skills and Qualifications: • CDA, associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field preferred., • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment., • Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for teaching young children., • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
