Your classroom will be a space where students explore a variety of materials and techniques, develop fine motor and visual thinking skills, and build confidence in self-expression. You Will Also: * Develop and deliver creative and engaging art lessons aligned with curriculum standards * Introduce students to a variety of artistic styles, techniques, and media * Foster a classroom environment that encourages experimentation, collaboration, and appreciation of the arts * Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and developmental levels of students * Organize and maintain art supplies and student artwork * Collaborate with school staff and families to support student growth and showcase student work * Support school-wide events and celebrations that highlight student creativity What We’re Looking For * Bachelor’s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field from an accredited institution * Prior teaching experience, particularly in elementary or middle school, is a plus * Passion for inspiring young learners through visual arts * Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills * Ability to pass state and federal background checks * Commitment to fostering creativity, inclusivity, and a love for learning To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
