RESPONSIBILITIES The Financial Services Salesforce Technical Architect is a highly hands-on role responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a strong emphasis on Financial Services Cloud. This role requires recent, practical experience with Financial Services Cloud and comfort with hands-on development, including customizations, integrations, and solution architecture. • Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security., • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices., • Provide technical leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment., • Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including data models, integration diagrams, and solution blueprints., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration strategies with external systems and platforms., • Guide development teams on coding standards, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting., • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices., • Support pre-sales activities including technical assessments, solutioning, and client presentations., • Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing., • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends., • Leverage AI tools and capabilities to enhance solution design, development efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and architecture., • Proven experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud in complex environments., • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs., • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs)., • Deep knowledge of financial services processes such as client onboarding, compliance, and data security., • Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions., • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce environments., • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms and ability to incorporate AI capabilities into technical solutions., • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)., • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly preferred.
