Job Responsibilities: • Take detailed, clear, action-oriented notes, • Communicate professionally with clients in-person, via email, phone and on camera, • Participate in client interviews, workshops, and presentations, • Coordinate follow-ups and actions between clients and project leaders, • Able to initiate client work product with supervision and support from project leaders, • Become knowledgeable in specific legal technology related to active projects (training will be provided), • Develop client-facing deliverables and perform associated quality control, • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with an openness to accept new challenges, • Creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, • Willingness to learn and be coached, • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, • Confidence and professionalism during client interactions, • Excel in a cooperative team environment, • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with peers, superiors, and client contacts, • Eagerness to quickly learn and develop new subject matter expertise and business skills, • Demonstrated accountability and commitment, • Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks, • Maintain high standards for work product, • Keen attention to detail, • Willingness to travel when needed (up to 25%) Qualitas Consulting Group, LLC is a certified woman-owned, full-service consulting firm dedicated to quality results for our clients.
