Your Impact Starts Here As an Order Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers receive a seamless experience from order to invoice. You’ll be the connector between sales, vendors, and customers — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence at every step. What You’ll Be Doing This is a hands-on, detail-driven role with real ownership: • Process and manage incoming orders from sales teams, national accounts, and vendors, • Create and maintain accurate customer accounts in internal systems, • Review sales and lease documents to ensure accuracy before order placement, • Coordinate equipment orders through vendor systems and track fulfillment timelines, • Manage customer billing — ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and complete, • Calculate commissions and support accurate payout processing, • Create, update, and manage customer contracts (billing terms, pricing changes, renewals, terminations), • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to orders, billing, or contracts, • Maintain organized customer files and documentation, • Generate reports including contract expirations and billing updates, • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details right. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with urgency, • Strong problem-solving mindset — you don’t just spot issues, you fix them, • Clear and professional communication skills, • Customer-service oriented with a collaborative approach, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • 2+ years of experience in order entry, billing, or accounting (preferred), • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Experience with contract billing and order processing is a plus, • A supportive, team-oriented environment, • Opportunities to contribute ideas and improve processes, • Career growth and development opportunities, • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • Company-paid Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance, • 401(k) + Roth options with employer contributions, • Paid Time Off starting at 12 days + paid holidays, • Parental Leave, • Annual bonus opportunities, • $1,000 Health Payment Account, • First-Time Homebuyer Program ($10,000 assistance!), • Professional office setting, • Combination of desk work and light physical activity (filing, organizing, etc.)
