JOB PURPOSE: We are seeking an experienced Regional Branch Manager with a strong warehousing background in the solar industry. This role is responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operations of multiple warehouse branches, with a focus on solar installer support, inventory health, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in solar distribution or logistics, proficient forklift operation, and a proven record of leading warehouse safety programs. This person will manage Operations Managers and local teams to ensure fulfillment of solar equipment orders and alignment with company-wide goals. This position reports to the General Manager and requires regular travel to branches for direct oversight and leadership. KEYACCOUNTABILITIES: • Solar Warehouse Operations & Logistics, • Safety and Compliance Leadership, • Team Development and Management, • Branch Performance and inventory health PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Solar Warehouse Operations & Logistics • Oversee order fulfillment for solar customers; ensure warehouse teams understand solar installer needs, including timely and accurate kitting and staging of materials., • Operate a forklift as needed and ensure all warehouse staff are trained and certified., • Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with solar market demand., • Champion a strong safety culture and lead all safety initiatives across branches., • Facilitate and lead warehouse safety training, certifications, and audits., • Lead and support Operations Managers at each location; oversee daily staffing, training, and performance reviews., • Conduct regular site visits and team check-ins to ensure culture and performance alignment., • Monitor inventory accuracy and aging trends; drive reduction of excess and obsolete solar inventory., • Manage purchasing activity and PO placement for branch-specific needs., • Participate in leadership development, peer collaboration, and culture-building activities. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in interpersonal, presentation, listening, and negotiation skills., • Trained and certified to operate a forklift. Operate the forklift and performs other operations and warehouse duties as needed to ensure that the work gets done., • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, adapt to changing schedules, and unpredictable events within a fast-paced environment., • Excellent project management skills., • Demonstrated strong performance in analytical, innovative, and critical thinking, strategy and collaboration., • Demonstrates excellent judgment in dynamic situations, strive for positive conflict resolution, seek win-win solutions to problem solving, energize others to excel and build commitment to the vision/strategies of the company, • Utilizes a variety of reports and searches in NetSuite to monitor branch metrics, progress and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum of 6 years experience in business or operations in a business-to-business sales environment., • Minimum of 3 years people management and leadership experience., • Experience managing facilities in multiple locations preferred., • Demonstrated proficiency and deep understanding of CRMs (preferably NetSuite or Salesforce)., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite., • Valid drivers license with clean driving record. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is: • Regularly required to sit, talk, use repetitive motion, type, and hear, • Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle and feel, and reach with hands and arms, • Regularly required to bend, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and reach overhead, • Regularly required to lift up to 50lbs SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS: • Oversee day to day people management of designated branches, which includes weekly 1:1s, goal setting, upskilling of employees, providing or finding mentorship for growth opportunities and overseeing performance management. Job Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operation of the Filling Department while monitoring productivity, quality, safety, efficiency, housekeeping, and assisting in other tasks as needed. This role involves the ability to manage multiple Filling lines, keeping the operations going, and minimizing downtime and damaged or lost products. This is what you will do: • Runs daily production, managing line leaders and variable labor personnel., • Coordinates efforts with Warehousing, QC & mechanics to ensure that the production schedule can be met., • Delivering target profitability per job run, • Co Owner for Site ESG efforts – Leader for Filling ESG efforts, • Managing production MRO spending, • Responsible for the daily quality of products produced, • Lead daily production meetings and results review – Did we win today?, • Driving production performance utilizing RedZone as a tool, • Ensures that lines are set up and ready to run prior to scheduled start up time, • Identifies line maintenance requirements before they become a problem, • Monitors order status to assure that the proper order quantity is met, • Monitors the use of components and chemicals to control the allowed consumption and reports excessive usage while there is still time to react, • Continuously checks production line performance for proper quality, adherence to specifications, and potential efficiency improvements, including line speeds and crewing., • Safety: Responsible for maintaining or improving upon Cohere Beauty historically low accident level., • Efficiency: Responsible for improving Cohere Beauty labor efficiency compared to present performance, as measured by the daily actual labor reporting per job., • Training: Responsible for training your staff to achieve optimal performance in all areas., • Housekeeping: Responsible for maintaining a neat, safe, organized, professional environment throughout the production area, and supervises porters., • Expertise: Expected to improve Cohere Beauty operations and profits, based upon prior experience, management skills and ideas and actions., • Works with all departments to promote teamwork, efficiency, professionalism & safety, • Ensures that Cohere Beauty Cardinal Rules are being complied with at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), • Department of Environmental Protection duties include evacuation leadership and production employee accountability in an emergency.
