Key Responsibilities * Manage complex calendars, meetings, depositions, and court appearances for three attorneys * Prepare and finalize legal documents for filing in both federal and state courts, including e-filing * Coordinate with court reporters, expert witnesses, and third-party vendors * Organize and maintain physical and digital case files; track court deadlines and litigation calendars * Process incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence per attorney instructions * Handle time entry, expense reports, billing edits, and conflict check forms * Maintain professional and confidential client communications * Provide cross-coverage and administrative support as needed Required Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of litigation legal secretarial experience in a law firm environment * Strong working knowledge of federal and California state court rules and e-filing procedures * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with legal DMS and timekeeping systems * Ability to support multiple attorneys, including at the partner/shareholder level * Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Additional Info * On-site for the first 90 days; hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) available thereafter * Firm culture emphasizes professionalism, client service, and a collaborative work environment
