The ideal candidate is a top producer with a proven track record of leadership who naturally leads in their business, career, and personal life, operates with urgency, and brings a problem-solver mindset as a business consultant who is highly assertive, passionate, and people-oriented. This person has strong communication skills and naturally connects with others. They understand their market, understand the unique value proposition of Keller Williams, and can effectively communicate the opportunity to any business owner. They are aligned with the franchise operator's vision to achieve the brokerage goals. They leverage the value tools to perform the activities necessary to achieve the OP’s expectations of recruiting market share and consulting with the top 20 percent of agents to set their goals and direct them to productivity solutions. They are learning-based leaders who embrace succeeding through others, bottom-up leadership, and building a team. They have at least 2–3 years of real estate sales experience and are in the top 5 percent of their office. They understand basic business, financial reporting (e.g., P&L's), and how to support others in making great business decisions. Compensation: $95,000 potential - combination Salary & Bonus Responsibilities: • Consult productive/top 20% associates to increase productivity and profitability, • Actively engage and attract productive real estate agents through business consulting, disruptive training, and KW technology (recruit and retain), • Lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with staff, • Ensure execution of the training calendar for real estate agents based on key areas of business and agent needs, • Effectively communicate and drive adoption of Keller Williams’ value proposition as it relates to real estate agents’ businesses, goals, and/or needs, • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully, • Oversee, actively drive, protect, and represent Keller Williams Culture, • Lead sales and business meetingsQualifications:, • 2 + years of experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position., • Extraordinary people skills, • Leadership, management, and team-building skills, • Goal setting, planning, and accountability skills, • Problem-solving skills, • Career development, business acumen, and training experience, • Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate, • Track record of successAbout Company Why Start Your Career with Keller Williams Realty?
