Job Description Position: Senior Product Manager – HR Compensation Location: Seattle, WA Duration: 6+ months Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in HR Compensation to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable compensation solutions. This role will focus on building innovative, user-centric products that enhance employee experience, ensure compensation accuracy, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in compensation plan design, incentive compensation platforms, and HR systems, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective product strategies and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Own and drive the product roadmap for HR Compensation and, aligning with business and organizational goals, • Partner with HR, Finance, Engineering, and Legal teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful compensation tools, • Translate complex compensation plans, quotas, commissions, and bonus structures into scalable product features and data models, • Design and deliver employee-facing tools such as earnings dashboards, quota trackers, and commission simulators to improve transparency and engagement, • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement, • Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, compliance needs, and user experience, • Ensure accuracy, auditability, and compliance of compensation systems and processes, • Define and track key success metrics such as payout accuracy, processing time, adoption rates, and dispute resolution SLAs, • Collaborate with change management teams to support training, communication, and adoption of compensation tools, • Lead cross-functional execution, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of product initiativesRequired Qualifications:, • 6+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2+ years focused on HR Compensation, • Strong understanding of compensation structures, commission plans, quotas, bonuses, and payroll integrations, • Ability to convert complex compensation rules into scalable product requirements and data models, • Experience working with HR systems (HRIS), Finance systems, and Sales Operations tools, • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle, • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and performance metrics, • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:, • Experience building AI/ML-enabled compensation or HR products, • Knowledge of Generative AI concepts (RAG, prompt design, automation use cases) in enterprise products, • Background in enterprise SaaS or HR Tech platforms, • Familiarity with product management tools such as Aha!, Jira, or similarKey Skills:, • HR Compensation & Incentive Compensation Management, • Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership, • Cross-functional Leadership, • Data-Driven Decision Making, • Communication & Stakeholder Management, • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills #TB_EN #ZR Why TalentBurst?
