Job DescriptionSummit Automotive Partners is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team in Greenwood Village, Colorado! Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado (on site) Position Overview: The Digital Marketing Specialist's primary responsibility will be to coordinate the content, maintenance, and functionality of our websites and facilitate all digital marketing initiatives. Understanding the importance of brand, the ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, well-organized, possess superb written/verbal skills, and enjoy working as part of a team. Who You Are: • Experience with auditing existing websites and marketing campaigns, • Recent experience in maintenance and functionality of websites, and facilitating all digital marketing initiatives, • Up to date in the latest trends in digital marketing Website Maintenance & Updates • Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements, • Audit readability across browsers/devices; ensure content accuracy and functionality, • Regularly update content and train sales staff on website interactions, • Build and maintain Google Analytics reports; provide actionable insights, • Assist with SEO strategy and content development, • Build and deploy email campaigns; track and analyze performance, • Design and manage graphics for sales events, banners, sliders, and third-party sites, • Monitor and respond to online reviews; escalate concerns when necessary, • Support dealership managers in maintaining positive online reputations Success Measures • Meets productivity, profitability, and service quality goals, • Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction, • Builds strong, collaborative relationships with the marketing team and dealership managers Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent experience, • 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, website management, or related field (internships considered), • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); advanced PowerPoint/Excel skills preferred, • Familiarity with website platforms (WordPress preferred) and Google Analytics (certification a plus), • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms, • Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities independently, • Creative problem-solver with excellent attention to detail, • Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, • A culture that provides opportunity and recognizes high-performing team members, • Paid time off that accrues from day one of employment, • Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, • 401(k) with employer contribution, • Tuition assistance, • Gym membership reimbursement, • Employee discounts Who We Are: Summit Automotive Partners is a retail automotive group with dealerships in Colorado, Wyoming, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
