About the Position: TheAIStrategy& AdoptionLeaderwill lead the design, rollout, and ongoing success ofGadellNetsAI transformation program, starting with the 90-Day AI Adoption initiative. In theinitialphase, this leader will be hands-on in delivering consulting and advisory services toclients-guidingthem through AI strategy, implementation, andchangemanagement. As the program scales, the focus will shift toward empowering client teams, optimizing operational processes, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.The role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader with experience in digital transformation, change management, and practical AI implementation: preferably inSMB, mid-marketand non-profit sectors. This position reports to the Chief Experience Officer. Thisleaderwill be the linchpin for transformingour clientsapproach toAI, makingit practical, measurable, and sustainable. The right candidate will empower teams, deliverreal businessoutcomes, and position the company as an industry leader in AI-enabledmodern work. Key Responsibilities: Consulting & Advisory Delivery: • Directly deliver consulting and advisory services to clients during the launch and early phases of AI adoption programs, including needs assessment, strategy development, and hands-on guidance., • Serve as the primary advisor for clients, ensuring tailored solutions and measurable business outcomes., • Transition delivery responsibilities to internal champions andconsultingteams as adoptionmaturesand scales., • Work closely withGadellNetstechnical expertsand consulting teams tosupport the AI readiness and cybersecurity parts of client projects., • Develop and execute theclientsAI adoption roadmap, starting with the 90-Day program., • Align AI initiatives with business goals, operational efficiency, and ROI targets., • Oversee all phases of the 90-Day AI Adoption Program:delivery, training, tool development, and scaling., • Ensureclientsreceive hands-on training and buildAI-powered workflows that scale., • Identifyand prioritize high-impact use cases for AI insmall businesses and non-profits., • Implement best practices for data readiness, security, and compliance., • Recruit, train, and mentor internal AI Champions to sustain adoption and drive innovation., • Design and deliver ongoing education programs to build AI fluency acrossour clientbaseincluding speaking at industry events., • Communicateprogram goals, wins, and lessons learned to executives and staff., • Collaborate with IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure successful integration of AI tools., • Engage with external partners, vendors, and industry groups to stay ahead of AI trends inSMBS and non-profits. Qualifications: • 8+ years experience in digital transformation, program management, or operational leadership (SMB, non-profit and mid-market), • Proventrack recorddelivering technology adoption programs with measurable business impact., • Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot,Power Automate,automation platforms) and data-driven process improvement., • Experience leading change management and cross-functional teams., • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills., • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field., • Familiarity with compliance, data governance, and security best practices.
