We are seeking a Proposal Manager to drive the strategic and operational execution of bids, proposals, and pricing governance. This role oversees the full lifecycle of offer development—from initial opportunity assessment through final submission—ensuring proposals are aligned with organizational objectives, partner expectations, and regulatory compliance. Serving as the central coordination point, the Proposal Manager collaborates cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, legal, and external stakeholders to produce competitive, compliant, and compelling proposals. In addition to proposal management, this role provides general support to leadership as needed. Responsibilities • Oversee the complete proposal lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, template development, and timely submission., • Monitor proposal teams KPI’s and performance metrics, analyzing the effectiveness of strategies and adjusting, as needed, to maximize impact and return on investment., • Collaborate in the development and execution of proposal strategies aligned with company goals and partner requirements., • Coordinate meetings and customer calls to prepare the team for live conversations, including Q&A deadlines, pre-bid calls, and other engagements., • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, legal, and finance to ensure all aspects of a proposal are addressed., • Manage proposal pricing, resources, and timelines to ensure timely, high-quality submissions. Escalates issues to key stakeholders when necessary., • Oversee the proposal response templating processes and perform ad hoc tasks such as scanning, filing, shipping, and other administrative duties., • Track and update usage of budget-approved purchases throughout the fiscal year., • Promote the company image through ethical business practices and ensures customer satisfaction with service and quality., • Maintain confidentiality of company information., • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications • 3-5 years’ experience in a Proposal Management role or similar., • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide team toward shared goals., • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor proposals to address pain points, value propositions, and competitive differentiators., • Knowledgeable with legal and regulatory standards relevant to proposal submissions, including data privacy, contract terms, and risk mitigation., • Experience preparing and delivering presentations., • Experience maintaining pricing governance across industries and services., • Efficiently processes incoming work from diverse sources—including email, PDFs, paper documents, FTP, and customer databases—into online systems with accuracy and timeliness., • Skilled in productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, CRM platforms such as HubSpot, and Adobe applications like Acrobat and InDesign, or comparable software., • Thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and manage multiple tasks without compromising productivity or quality., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear reports, develop strategic plans, and convey complex information effectively., • Demonstrates a proactive mindset, with a strong willingness to learn, grow professionally, and take on increasing levels of responsibility., • Highly responsible, resourceful, accurate, dependable, and self-motivated., • Able to work independently and collaboratively., • Alignment with corporate values, understanding of the company mission, and demonstration of CCI leadership behaviors. Shift is Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST but must be able to work outside normal business hours when required. #LI-DNI
