This full-time role is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, has strong organizational skills, and enjoys taking ownership of financial reporting and analysis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Financial Reporting & Analysis:, • Assist the CFO with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes., • Prepare and analyze budget-to-actual variance reports and support overall financial performance tracking., • General Accounting & Reconciliations:, • Record monthly accruals, prepaid expenses, amortizations, and depreciation entries., • Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and maintain fixed asset and benefit cost schedules., • Accounts Payable & Receivable Support:, • Assist with processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments., • Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable aging and support collection efforts., • Audit Support & Compliance:, • Gather and maintain documentation to support audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements., • Research and interpret accounting data to respond to inquiries and ensure compliance., • General Support:, • Uphold and model the companys Core Values in all work and interactions., • Perform additional duties as required.Location and Work Environment:, • Onsite in Cleveland, OH., • Occasional travel between company locations may be required., • Primarily office-based with some exposure to warehouse environments (some areas may lack heating or air conditioning)., • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Schedule, Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:, • Standard schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm., • Occasional overtime may be required during month-end or audit periods., • Base salary: $65,000 - $75,000., • Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision), and supplemental insurance plans are available., • 401(k) with company match., • Team member rental discounts., • And more!Qualifications and Requirements:, • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred., • 5+ years of proven accounting experience., • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word., • Experience with Sage 100 (or similar ERP software) preferred., • Strong math skills, including percentages, ratios, and fractions., • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards., • Completion of a Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment through the Predictive Index required., • Successful completion of a company background check and drug screening required.
