BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Onboarding & Experience Specialist (HR & Operations) to support our operations in Indianapolis, IN. Overview: • The Consultant Experience & Operations Coordinator owns the end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle experience for consultants, serving as the primary point of contact from pre-start through offboarding. This role ensures a seamless, high-quality Day 0 and Day 1 experience while managing ongoing HR operations, assignment coordination, and consultant engagement., • The ideal candidate combines strong operational execution with a hospitality-driven mindset, delivering a welcoming and organized experience while maintaining accuracy across systems, processes, and compliance requirements. This individual will partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and business leadership to support consultant success and continuously improve onboarding and operational workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Consultant Experience & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for consultant HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and escalating sensitive matters as needed, • Onboarding & Day 1 Delivery: Coordinate and execute end-to-end onboarding, including pre-start logistics, system setup, communications, and in-person Day 1 experience (welcome, equipment, access, orientation, and support), • HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate records across systems, ensure onboarding task completion, and support compliance requirements, training, and policy communication, • Assignment & System Management: Manage consultant data in ATS, Beeline, and internal systems, including start dates, changes, transfers, and contract administration support, • Engagement & Feedback: Conduct structured check-ins (Day 3, 7, 15, 30), manage surveys, and identify trends to improve the consultant experience, • Payroll, Bonus & Expense Coordination: Support payroll accuracy, process pay and bill rate changes, manage bonus tracking and approvals, and review consultant expenses and travel needs, • Offboarding & Lifecycle Management: Coordinate consultant offboarding, including exit processes, equipment return, and system access removal, • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with HR, IT, Facilities, and Practice Leads to ensure a consistent and high-quality consultant experience, • Process Improvement: Maintain onboarding workflows, track insights, and continuously improve processes and service delivery Job Requirements: • 1–3 years of experience in HR, operations, staffing, hospitality, or a related field, • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Professional presence with a customer-focused, service-oriented mindset, • Ability to manage time-sensitive, high-visibility responsibilities, • Basic IT proficiency (logins, Wi-Fi, password resets, device setup), • Experience with systems such as ATS, ServiceNow, ServiceCloud, Teams, or SharePoint preferred, • Exposure to payroll, expense management, or compliance processes is a plus, • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and adaptability, • Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance to support employees' health and well-being.
