POSITION SUMMARY & OVERALL OBJECTIVES The Teen Youth Development Professional (YDP) plans and implements fun and engaging activities supporting BGCDC’s priority programs areas; Healthy Lifestyles, Character & Leadership, Sports & Recreation, Academic Success and the Arts. Additionally, the Teen YDP will implement grant funded initiatives within BGCDC‘s 5 key programs. The Teen YDP will supervise and work with youth ages 12 to 18 and are responsible for creating an environment that supports positive youth development, serving as a role model and mentor and ensuring youth safety in an out-of-school environment. Teen YDPs assumes a role with a variety of age groups or may be temporarily assigned to a specific group in the event of an absence. This position may include occasional evenings/weekend hours to accommodate special events, field trips, and community programs. The Teen YDP is also expected to be flexible and adaptable, taking on other duties to support the organization's objectives. Maintain a Safe Environment: 30% • Always ensure the physical and emotional safety of members, • Implement positive behavior management techniques, • Always adhere to all regulations specified in DCF 252 and BGCDC policies., • Provide site and sound supervision to members, • Follow all tracking and attendance procedures., • Administer first-aid and complete necessary documentation., • Always uphold the appearance of the Club through a sanitary and organized program space. Ensure a Professional Work Environment: 10% • Maintain an environment that supports volunteers and community partners., • Contributing to the Club climate for youth development includes program collaboration, attendance, and active participation in staff meetings and training (daily, weekly, and organizational)., • Participate in the Young Star program evaluation process. Job Description PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for assisting the treasury management sales team with the onboarding of accounts and services, providing business members with product and service-related assistance and for performing the daily operational tasks which support the deposit, payment, and digital needs of business and treasury management members.
