Job DescriptionMedical Receptionist LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Receptionist for our healthcare client located in Downtown Seattle. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity for our client. This role will be focused on all aspects of the front office and will be the first face of our client's organization. The position will provide an excellent patient experience to all those who come into the clinic and will assist patients with check in and out, registration if needed, scheduling follow up appointments, phone and email correspondence, and other clerical duties as needed. Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Minimum 2 years reception experience, healthcare experience strongly desired, • Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office, • Excellent communication skills, especially in-person and phone etiquette Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Search managed by: Jennifer Andrews Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
