The National Account Executive is responsible for leading and managing high-profile partner accounts to ensure expansion, profitability, and long-term partner success. This role provides strategic, technical, and operational leadership to advance Entrusted’s mission by strengthening national partnerships, expanding market presence, and delivering exceptional value to key accounts. The National Account Executive serves as a primary relationship owner for national accounts and collaborates closely with executive leadership, marketing, and operational teams to ensure consistent execution and growth. Key Results Areas • Strategic Account Leadership, • Develop and execute annual strategic plans for national accounts, aligned with Entrusted’s growth, profitability, and partner engagement goals, • Account Growth & Expansion, • Identify opportunities to expand services, increase partner health, improve margins, and deepen Entrusted’s footprint within assigned national accounts, • Partner Relationship Management, • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring clear communication, expectation alignment, and proactive issue resolution, • Risk Identification & Mitigation, • Anticipate potential risks to partner relationships and develop proactive strategies to protect and strengthen long term partner relationships, • Leadership Collaboration, • Partner with leadership to ensure marketing strategies, messaging, and initiatives support account development, expansion, and partner engagement Key Performance Indicators • Achieve lead quotas and meet or exceed forecasts per account Essential Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Account Planning & Growth • Create, direct, and execute annual strategic plans for assigned national or high-profile accounts, including growth targets, pricing strategies, expansion initiatives, and engagement plans, • Analyze account performance, market conditions, and competitive trends to identify opportunities for increased profitability and market share, • Manage assigned account points of contact, ensuring expectations related to annual goals, growth, production, pricing, service offerings, and overall usage are clearly defined and achieved, • Identify potential risks to account health, including performance, communication, operational challenges, or competitive threats, and proactively develop mitigation strategies, • Support onboarding and launch of new national accounts, ensuring a strong initial experience and long-term success, • Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with account strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and partner engagement, • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (operations, business development, sales, finance, and leadership) to ensure seamless execution of account initiatives and partner expectations, • Continuously develop expertise in Entrusted’s services, market trends, and leadership principles Knowledge: • Sales and marketing strategy development and execution, • Partner industries (plumbing, HVAC, insurance, etc.) and referral dynamics, • Restoration workflows, • Pricing strategies and profitability analysis, • Market and competitive trend analysis, • Various computer programs such as Microsoft suite, Google suite, CRM platforms, internal software, and company communication forums Skills: • Strategic planning and execution, • Relationship management with senior-level partner contacts, • Negotiation and persuasion, • Conflict resolution, • Decision-making with sound judgment, • Time management and prioritization across multiple accounts, • Cross-functional collaboration and coordination, • Public speaking and presentation skills, • Coaching and mentoring, • Active listening and social perceptiveness Abilities: • Manage multiple national accounts concurrently in a fast-paced environment, • Identify and implement innovative, value-added solutions for partners, • Adapt to shifting priorities and evolving business needs, • Coach, influence, and guide internal stakeholders and partners toward shared goals, • Assess partner health and escalate appropriately, • Lead and influence others positively without formal authority Compensation and Benefits • Base salary + commission structure, • 401k retirement program with an excellent company match!, • Health, dental, and vision insurance, • Company provided life insurance and short / long term disability, • Paid time off, paid holidays, and paid paternity/maternity leave, • Gym Reimbursement, • Company paid access to Dave Ramsey's SmartDollar Financial program Schedule and Work Environment • 40+ hours per week, typically during business hours, • Occasional evenings, weekends, and after-hours availability as needed, • Additional hours may be required depending on business needs, • Professional, fast-paced work environment, • Travel will be required to partner locations, conferences, or meetings Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred, • Minimum of two years of regional and/or national account management experience preferred, • Demonstrated history of successfully implementing and executing sales and marketing strategies, including onboarding and launching new clients or customers, • Experience managing multiple accounts and collaborating across internal departments
