POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a detail-oriented and relationship-driven Brand Standards Specialist to ensure consistency and compliance across the Burn Boot Camp system. This role supports Franchise Partners in understanding and upholding brand and operational standards, conducts audits, investigates compliance concerns, and collaborates with other departments to maintain a strong, unified brand presence. ACCOUNTABILITY • Brand Standards Support, • Audit (as needed), • Compliance Process Support, • Departmental Burn Support Portal Ticket Management and Facilitation, • Email Inbox Management, • Systemwide Compliance Execution, • Brand Standards Support ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage Franchise Partner compliance inquiries through the Burn Support Portal and inbox., • Audit locations and investigate potential policy or brand standard violations., • Investigate reports of noncompliance (e.g., unapproved products, marketing deviations, brand misuse)., • Determine and document corrective actions, issuing compliance notices as needed., • Maintain accurate compliance records and track remediation progress., • Partner with Field Support and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent policy execution., • Monitor adherence to Franchise Agreements, insurance, and system standards., • Support FDD compliance by collecting and verifying franchisee and operational data., • Prepare and distribute compliance communications and corrective action plans., • Identify trends and recommend program improvements to strengthen compliance culture., • Communicate directly with Franchise Partners via phone, email, and meetings to address compliance concerns. QUALIFICATIONS • Extremely detail oriented, organized, methodical, quality conscious and with a reputation of superb follow through., • Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully and create a positive, productive conversation on the phone with Franchise Partners., • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment., • Excellent oral and written communication skills, • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, • Ability to work within project timelines, establish priorities, and meet milestones and deliverables, • Practice and promote teamwork at all times.
