Position Overview: You’ll lead social media, support business development, plan events, and help drive meaningful connections with clients and prospects. This role is dynamic, creative, and perfect for someone who thrives in a variety‐filled workday. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to develop the annual marketing plan., • Identify new marketing and growth opportunities., • Plan and execute business‐building events. Digital Marketing & Content Creation: • Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)., • Create original content to increase engagement., • Design marketing materials using Canva., • Support advisor LinkedIn campaigns and website updates., • Implement lead‐generation initiatives. Client & Prospect Engagement: • Understand target audiences and tailor outreach., • Manage CRM data for organization and efficiency., • Handle follow‐ups after events and client activities. Branding & Compliance: • Manage branded gift sourcing, inventory, and delivery., • Ensure all marketing activities comply with Ameriprise guidelines. Budget & Projects: • Assist with monitoring the marketing budget., • Support special projects as needed.
