Job Description Administrative Assistant I - Enrollment Advisor Oregon Charter Academy 12-month full-time, Classified 1 Wilsonville or Mill City, Oregon School Summary Oregon Charter Academy (ORCA) is a virtual public school serving students in grades K–12 throughout the state. Teachers at ORCA are student-focused, adapting to meet students’ educational needs through personalized learning using our high-quality curriculum and the teaching of 21st-century skills. ORCA is authorized by the Santiam Canyon School District and is governed by its own independent charter school board. The school has been in operation since 2005 and is accredited through Cognia, formerly AdvancED. Position Responsibilities Working in a combination from the school’s satellite office in Wilsonville or Mill City, Oregon, and from home, the Administrative Assistant will be an integral part of the school and classified staff and report to the Office Manager. The Administrative Assistant will work with prospective families during the enrollment of their student, and support office operations and records management.
