Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an established organization near Grand Prairie, TX. They are hiring a Staff Accountant on a temp-to-hire hire basis. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, processing accounts payable and receivable and assisting with month-end close. Primary responsibilities: • Record client payments and resolve discrepancies such as errors, overcharges, or short payments., • Prepare and process scheduled payment runs for service providers., • Generate and distribute invoices and account statements to clients on a regular basis., • Process bank deposits and credit card transactions within the accounting system., • Complete journal entries and maintain recurring entries as needed., • Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations., • Assist with bill processing and check issuance., • Support internal chargeback processing., • Handle ad hoc assignments as requested by the Accounting Manager., • Provide general support to the accounting team.Qualifications:, • Intermediate to advanced excel skills (formulas, vlookups, pivot tables), • Experience with Sage, NetSuite or similar ERP systems, highly preferred, • Manufacturing or Industrial Services experience, preferred, • Bachelors degree, preferredBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
