This is a full-time role 5 days, 40 hours per week. ✂ Purpose of the role As a Luxury Brand Ambassador for the House of Creed, you play a pivotal role in upholding the brand's prestige and delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Your primary objective is to share knowledge and passion about our brand and products, drive sales, and maintain the highest standards of customer service. ✂ Key responsibilities Including but not limited to: ✂ Skills/Experiences desired • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills., • Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role., • Passion for the luxury brand and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience., • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed., • Passion for fragrance or beauty products is a plus. ✂ Why the House of Creed?
