About the Role As our Group New Customer Growth Coach, you’ll run short, high-impact sprints with our European sales teams, lifting performance fast and embedding our Group Go-to-Market strategy into consistent execution on the ground. You’ll sit within the Group Commercial team, working closely with colleagues across markets and partnering with local leadership to strengthen a positive, high-energy, high-performance sales culture. You’ll turn data into action – using performance insights to spot gaps and coach sales teams and managers on what to start, stop and continue. Through real-time coaching and smart questioning in the field, you’ll help teams understand what really drives conversion, make winning behaviours repeatable, and leave behind a stronger, more disciplined new business engine in every team you support About Us At Safetykleen, we provide essential parts cleaning, waste collection and environmental advisory services that help customers reduce their environmental footprint and boost operational performance. What you’ll be doing • Implementing G2M sales strategy with selected New Customer Growth teams - from planning intensive field weeks to following through on actions that accelerate new customer wins., • Building capability in local leadership by strengthening Team Leaders’ coaching skills, confidence with our tools and dashboards, and ownership of their team’s performance., • Feeding insights back into the Group by capturing what works in different markets and sharing practical recommendations that sharpen our Go-to-Market approach over time. About You You’re a hands-on B2B sales performance coach who’s happiest close to the field - using structured sales strategies, data and coaching to lift results. You’re fluent in English and confident working with European teams, ideally speaking at least another major European language too. • Experience in a commercial role such as business development, sales enablement or sales management., • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a good level of either French or German; Italian or Portuguese would be an advantage., • Comfortable using CRM/BI tools (ideally Power BI), Excel and PowerPoint to turn numbers into clear, simple messages., • Energised by a fast-paced, high-growth, international environment with frequent European travel.
