This role is ideal for a student/graduate looking to break through the football coaching industry and perfect for someone passionate about youth development while confident in leading sessions with professionalism and energy. As our Lead Development Coach, you will take full responsibility for the development of your own group of young players. You’ll follow the NexAim Term Development Schedule to design structured, purposeful sessions and work with the same group each term — ensuring consistency, progress, and long-term development. 🔵 Role Details Position: Lead Development Coach Ages: 7–11 Location: Notting Hill Session Days: Fridays 6-7PM & Sundays 9-11AM. Session Length: 1 hour. Pay: £20 per hour Coaches who show strong performance and a positive impact will have opportunities for additional hours, increased responsibilities, and higher pay rates This role is a fixed-term coaching position running until July 2026, aligned with our seasonal programme cycle.
