Job Description The Role: Business Analyst This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing graduate or early-career professional to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial strategy consultancy at the forefront of modern strategic execution. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Consultants, Project Leaders, and senior client stakeholders to help analyse data, develop insights and support the delivery of high-impact engagements. You will be exposed early to real client work, senior decision-makers, and cross-functional strategic challenges, with accelerated responsibility compared to traditional consulting firms. What You’ll Do Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving • Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses that support client decision-making, • Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats, • Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem-solving and continuous improvement, • Work in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment with direct access to senior leaders, • Travel occasionally across Europe and beyond based on project requirements Why Join Us? A Master’s is a plus but not required - strong Bachelor’s candidates with relevant work experience are equally encouraged to apply., • A track record of strong academic performance (typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent).
