Role Overview We are looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Commercial Manager – MEP to lead the commercial strategy and delivery on a major £60 million mechanical and electrical project in Derby. Reporting to the Project Director and Commercial Director, you will be responsible for leading the project’s commercial team, managing contract performance, commercial risks and opportunities, and ensuring commercial best-practice throughout the project lifecycle.
