What You’ll Do: • Support the residents with their daily needs; Feeding, Personal care, Companionship, • Working in a team with a registered nurse and other healthcare professionals, • Deliver personalised care tailored to individual needs, • Support residents with PEG feeding and other nutritional needs, • Promote dignity, independence, and choice in daily care, • Maintain high standards of health & safety throughout the home, • Perform regular wellbeing and safety checks, • Assist at mealtimes – preparing snacks or providing support with feeding, • Use manual handling equipment safely and confidently, • Keep accurate records (daily logs, care charts, etc.), • Build meaningful relationships with residents and team members Your Set Rota (12-Hour Day Shifts): 08:00 - 20:00 • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, • Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, • Week 4: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday To be considered, you must be able to commit to this rotating schedule What You’ll Need: • Previous experience in a Healthcare Assistant role (Minimum 6 months- UK based), • Confident in using manual handling equipment, • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), • A positive, proactive attitude and a team player mindset, • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK, • Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Responsible to deliver Leve 3 Award in Education & Training / Level 3 Award Delivering Training internally & externally Conduct workplace assessments and observations to evaluate learners’ competence and progress. Support, guide, and motivate learners to achieve their qualifications within agreed timeframes. Develop and adapt learning materials to meet diverse learner needs. Maintain accurate records of learner progress, assessments, and compliance documentation. Ensure training delivery meets awarding body and regulatory standards.
