We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who can turn intent into action, clarity into momentum, and ideas into deliverable roadmaps. This role reports to the Product Director and plays a critical role in shaping, prioritising, and delivering customer-focused product outcomes across our portfolio. What you’ll do Own product outcomes, end to end • Translate product vision and strategic objectives into clear, validated initiatives and realistic roadmaps., • Balance customer value, business impact, and delivery complexity to drive confident prioritisation., • Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early — and actively influence decisions. Lead discovery that actually informs delivery • Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand problems, workflows, and unmet needs., • Validate assumptions through structured discovery and continuous feedback loops., • Clearly articulate customer problems, success metrics, and desired outcomes to delivery teams. Drive predictable delivery • Own and maintain the roadmap and backlog for your assigned products., • Work day-to-day with engineering teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness., • Support sprint execution, UAT, and launches to ensure high-quality, well-communicated releases. Collaborate across the business • Act as the primary product point of contact for your products., • Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Commercial, and Product Marketing teams., • Support go-to-market activities including sales enablement, demos, and RFP responses. What success looks like • Roadmaps that are clear, trusted, and achievable., • Well-prioritised backlogs that enable predictable delivery., • Features delivered when committed — with minimal rework or surprise scope changes., • Strong, trusted relationships with engineering and commercial stakeholders., • Clear product decisions backed by data, insight, and rationale. What you'll bring Required • 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Manager in a B2B software environment., • Strong experience working with engineering teams in an agile delivery model., • A track record of turning strategy into product outcomes., • Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills., • A data-informed, analytical approach to decision-making. Nice to have • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Aha!, and Figma., • Background in B2B SaaS, workflow platforms, or enterprise software., • Familiarity with Pragmatic Institute or similar product frameworks., • Exposure to AI-enabled products or complex, multi-tenant platforms.
