1. Operational Excellence ⢠Own all SOPs, client onboarding, delivery systems, and reporting rhythms, ⢠Build our weekly delivery machine: simple, repeatable, high-quality, ⢠Run smooth onboarding â weekly management â offboarding, ⢠Drive service quality, client satisfaction, and speed â
2. Team Leadership & Performance ⢠Manage our producers, editors, and designers with clarity and energy, ⢠Lead weekly huddles, masterminds, and 1:1s, ⢠Set clear KPIs, coach the team, and unlock performance, ⢠Own culture: ensure the team is tight, focused, and engaged â
3. Finance & Margins ⢠Track client-level costs and margins, ⢠Spot risks, optimise resources, and help us hit profit targets, ⢠Flag issues early, and drive accountability across the team â
4. Hiring & People Ops ⢠Run hiring plans, job specs, interviews, and onboarding, ⢠Document roles, values, responsibilities, and org structure, ⢠Protect and evolve our high-performance culture â
5. Leadership & Autonomy ⢠Spot problems early.
