Job Title: Corporate Receptionist\nLocation: City of London\nSalary: £32,500 + bonus + excellent benefits\n\nOverview\nReporting to the Senior Client & Hospitality Services Manager, this Corporate Receptionist role is a pivotal front-of-house position within a corporate environment. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients—both in person and over the phone—you will play a key role in creating a lasting first impression through exceptional customer service and professionalism.\n\nWorking as part of a professional team of four, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the client floor, always ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nIn this varied and hands-on role, responsibilities will include:\n\nMeeting and greeting visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner, offering refreshments where required\nDelivering excellent customer service when handling telephone enquiries and managing front-of-house interactions\nMaintaining a clean, organised, and professional environment across reception and client meeting areas\nManaging meeting room bookings using the Manhattan booking system, liaising with hosts to confirm meeting requirements in advance\nCoordinating client requests and ensuring all arrangements are delivered to a high standard\nAdhering to security procedures, including issuing, recording, and tracking visitor access passes\nHandling queries or complaints calmly and professionally, escalating where appropriate\nSetting up and supporting conference room technology, including laptops, screens, and projectors\nPreparing and maintaining refreshments across client and collaboration spaces\nAdjusting room layouts in line with client specifications\nBooking taxis and car services for clients\nProviding administrative support to the wider business support team and assisting with ad hoc tasks as required\nCollaborating with the Junior Facilities Manager on office-related projects and tasks\nWorking Hours\nThis role operates on a flexible shift pattern in line with business needs.
