With 117 bedrooms and 15 meeting rooms accommodating from 2 280 delegates, The Manchester Conference Centre and Pendulum Hotel are currently seeking a Sales Office Manager with both reactive and proactive experience. The Role This is an exciting new role, as the Sales Office Manager you will lead the existing reactive Conference and Reservations team, drive revenue growth, maximise conversion and ensure a high customer satisfaction with an eye for detail. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring prompt response times, upselling, collating and analysing reports, outbound calls to existing and previous clients as well as seeking out new business for the hotel. This is a 40 hour per week, full time position, mostly Monday to Friday office hours. You will also be required to be flexible and work around events taking place and booked appointments.
