ROLE PURPOSE The Sous Chef plays a key role in supporting the Head Chef to deliver high culinary standards and efficient kitchen operations. You'll oversee food preparation and service, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with food safety regulations. The role also involves managing stock, minimising waste, supporting menu development and costing, and leading sections of the kitchen while maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards.
