From budgeting and reporting to analysis and compliance, youll ensure our numbers tell a clear, accurate story that supports smart decision-making across the business. Ingredients: Key Responsibilities Whats on your Daily Menu: Identify opportunities to simplify and automate invoice processing Lead improvements across our P2P processes and D365 system Analyse data to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements Design and implement KPI dashboards to monitor AP performance Document processes, controls and responsibilities clearly Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant payment processes Coach and support the team, embedding strong performance standards Ensure controls are robust and financial risks are effectively managed Youll ensure every step of the AP process is optimised, measured and delivered with precision. The Perfect Blend: What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who thrives on improving how things work, someone who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to a fast-moving environment: Strong experience in Accounts Payable, ideally with process improvement exposure In depth knowledge of P2P processes and best practice Hands on experience with D365 and finance systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvements Experience supporting or mentoring teams Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and business functions Ability to manage change, train users and embed new ways of working Highly organised, proactive and detail focused Youll enjoy solving problems, simplifying processes and delivering tangible improvements. Skills & Qualifications Essential Ingredients Core Ingredient: Substantial experience in Accounts Payable and a strong understanding of finance operations, with hands-on expertise in D365 and P2P processes Perfecting the Recipe: A deep understanding of best-in-class AP processes and financial controls, with the ability to map, refine and improve workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy. Measuring What Matters: Analytical and data-driven, using information to identify bottlenecks, track performance and support decision-making through clear reporting and dashboards. Leading the Kitchen: Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, build strong relationships, and confidently guide others through process changes, training and improvements. Refining Every Service: Continuous improvement mindset, with experience leading change, driving automation and embedding sustainable process enhancements. Energy and Precision Under Pressure: You bring enthusiasm, resilience and attention to detail, maintaining high standards while working in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Other Requirements Sometimes, youll need to take your culinary skills on the road. This role may involve a tasting tour across the UK and occasionally abroad, with overnight stays on the menu. To keep the journey smooth, a full, clean UK driving licence is one of the essential ingredients. Fixed Term Contract until 31/12/2026.
