Strong written and spoken English and the ability to produce clear, commercially effective and customer-friendly copy. Experience of managing business social-media accounts, content calendars, engagement reporting and customer interaction. Competence in basic photo / video content creation and common digital content tools. Ideally some experience in a retail, consumer-electronics, convenience or other customer-facing commercial environment.
