Salary: £16.49 per hour. Bonus: After successfully completing your probationary period, you can earn a performance-related bonus of up to 20%. Advisors who consistently meet targets also have the opportunity for enhanced pay. Shifts: Sunday 7am–3pm, Monday to Wednesday 11am–7pm, and Thursday 11am–6.45pm (36 hours per week). Training: A four-week induction, Monday to Friday 8am–4pm, based onsite at Radar Road, Leicester. Location: Hybrid working, with at least one day a week at our Radar Road Contact Centre, Leicester (LE3 1UF). What you’ll take on: As an International Language Advisor, you will provide exceptional service to our customers through calls, emails, and chats. Whether you are resolving account queries or tracking parcels, your focus is to put the customer first. You will use your communication skills to build trust and connect with customers, listening carefully to their needs. With no sales targets, you have the freedom to focus entirely on providing the best possible support. Your success is measured by the satisfaction of the people you help.
