As one of the fastest growing and highest rated commercial energy suppliers in the UK, we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Team Manager, based at our offices in Guiseley, Leeds. We are expanding our Direct Sales division with the addition of a driven and performance-focused Sales Team Manager. This person will lead a team of Account Managers in a high-activity outbound B2B environment, ensuring strong performance, coaching, daily structure, and consistent delivery across KPIs, pipeline management, and overall sales standards. Responsibilities: The role will focus on leading the team to success, developing capability, and maintaining a strong, accountable sales environment through duties including: • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outbound Account Managers to achieve KPIs., • Deliver daily huddles, coaching sessions, and call feedback., • Monitor activity levels including calls, opportunities, and pipeline., • Ensure full end-to-end pipeline management through CRM., • Review and challenge pipeline progression during 1:1s., • Provide real-time guidance on objection handling and closing., • Deliver training sessions on cold calling and product knowledge., • Track and report team performance to the Head of Direct Sales., • Collaborate with Pricing, Support, and Operations for customer onboarding., • Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales hires. The Individual: We are looking for a strong leader with proven experience in driving performance in a sales environment. The successful candidate will be confident in coaching, motivating, and structuring a high-performing team. Essential: • Experience managing a B2B outbound sales team., • Track record of improving team KPI performance., • Strong coaching and development skills., • Confident communicator and motivator., • Well organised with strong daily structure.
