Time Appointments are thrilled to be working alongside a forward-thinking, growing business that is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager. This role will suit an individual who is passionate about building relationships and has a proven track record of securing new business for a company. Skills & Experience Required: • Previous experience within sales or account management, • A proactive nature and a proven successful sales track record, • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills, • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, • Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own diary, • Professional, proactive, and client-focused, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Previous experience within property sales would be beneficial but is not essential Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts, • Regular liaison with clients, ensuring they are fully updated on ongoing cases, • Managing client meetings both online and in person, • Developing and growing business opportunities within allocated accounts, • Making recommendations and tailoring solutions to achieve the best possible outcomes for each case, • Overseeing client pipelines across sales, maintenance, insurance, and valuations, • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional company services, • Managing and supporting the team to ensure high performance and excellent service delivery, • Developing strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets, • Ensuring clients fully understand the benefits and value of the company’s services Core Benefits (Subject to Eligibility): • Competitive salary, • Competitive commission scheme, • Supportive and professional environment, • Holiday allowance, plus your birthday off and additional annual leave after 3 years’ service, • Regular team social events and client functions, including annual summer and Christmas parties, • On-site parking
