As a Talent Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in that mission, interacting directly with our Talent Community to understand their career goals and match them with the right opportunities. You’ll also be essential to the companies we support, helping them to identify, attract and engage the right talent for their teams through thorough search campaigns, compelling messaging, and effective process management. You will be the link between people and opportunities, and a key representative of Singular’s brand in the market. Your main responsibilities will include: • Using our internal networks, external advertising, social platforms and other sources to identify the right science and technology candidates for our customers’ hiring campaigns, • Approaching these candidates with a compelling proposition to attract their attention, in written, verbal, video or other form, • Qualifying candidates to understand their career goals, experience and motivations, • Building long term relationships and bring candidates into our Talent Community, • Presenting job opportunities in an engaging manner to candidates, • Supporting and guiding candidates through the hiring and decision-making process, • Supporting internal content generation, • Ultimately, helping our clients to secure the right individuals for their job opportunities We’ll support you with a tailored, proactive approach to your personal and professional development, helping you achieve your short and long-term career ambitions. You’ll be paid well, with a good basic salary and the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses on a quarterly and annual basis. To be successful in this role, you will: • Have an educational background, professional experience or demonstrated interest in science, ideally as it relates to human biology, organic chemistry, pharmacology or drug discovery/development, • Love to work with people, and be able to demonstrate an ability to build relationships and rapport, ideally in a sales or customer service environment, • Have excellent written communication skills and be able to write persuasively, • Be committed to your own self-development, have a track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals, and take accountability for your own results. The position is based in central Cardiff, and you’ll need to be in the office full-time for at least the first few months while we get you up to speed.
