Role: Full-time, permanent Location: Stockley Park, West London Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits This role will be based on site, 5 days per week To lead and coordinate all Marketing activities related to Speciality brands within EMENA Region. To be responsible for strategic planning with go-to Market Strategy and Launch Readiness in EMENA. Coordinate activities to support the successful launch of brands in all approved indications. The role will require close cross functional collaboration with the broad matrix team members and functional stakeholder groups, including Local Affiliate Teams, Commercial Department, Marketing Department, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Business Development. Liaise with external Partner to ensure and facilitate effective communication and collaboration to support speciality brand's commercialization efforts. • Develop and lead the Global / EMENA Strategy for Speciality & Novel brands, focusing on their current and future oncology indications, • Formulate long-term and short-term commercial strategies to maximize the product's potential in the oncology market, • Identify and evaluate of new Market Opportunities and trends in oncology, particularly for speciality brands, • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for speciality brands in the EMENA region, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning for newly approved and future indications, • Support implementation of Global Marketing Campaigns, leveraging digital and traditional channels, • Support Global Market Access Team and oversee Sales Strategies to drive product adoption and market penetration, including pricing, reimbursement, and distribution strategies for newly approved and future indications, • Continuously monitor and analyse Market Performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve commercial objectives, • Market Preparation: Assess and ensure the readiness of countries in the EMENA Region for the launch of brands in newly approved and future indications focusing on regulatory approvals, market access, and distribution channels, • Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with the external and internal Regulatory Teams to navigate the approval processes in various EMENA countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations, • Stakeholder Engagement: Support Medical Affairs Team to build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Healthcare Professionals, and Regulatory Bodies in the EMENA Region to facilitate smooth market entry with newly approved and future indications, • Training and Support: Support development and implementation of Training Programs for local Teams to ensure they are well-prepared for the product launch, • To be P&L responsible for the respective franchise component within EMENA, • Best Practices: Cooperate with AVP SFE on implementation of Commercial Excellence frameworks to ensure high standards of performance across all commercial activities, • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and Market Insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in commercial operations, • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, academic research institutions, and other stakeholders in the oncology field, • Represent the company at industry Conferences, Meetings, and Events, • Experience in Business Development and a strong understanding of the Global Oncology Marketplace, particularly in the context of Speciality brands, • Should possess a Degree or equivalent with extensive experience of pharmaceutical marketing experience, • A detailed understanding and experience in the marketing of branded pharmaceuticals and, • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to motivate and inspire teams, • Willingness to take initiative and become directly involved in planning, problem solving and execution of work in a team environment, • Ability to effectively lead and manage in a highly competitive environment and able to think in a positive and creative manner, • An ability to appraise clinical data and to critically evaluate clinical data and reports, • An understanding of the process of drug development and production, • Flexible, organized with high levels of planning and coordination, • Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English, • Ability to travel when required In return, we offer a competitive salary and rewards package (including holiday, bonus and pension scheme).
