The ideal Customer Service Administrator will: * Have an excellent telephone manner and be very customer focused. * Initiative and a proactive approach to team work. * Good computer skills and the capacity to learn new systems and processes. Basic MS Word and Excel. * Good written communication skills essentials in order to send emails to customers. * Some customer service experience or office experience desirable. * GCSE pass grade or equivalent in English & Maths. * Must have your own transport because the offices are located in a rural location.
