This company is experiencing rapid growth and is supported by an experienced, dedicated team with decades of combined industry expertise, all committed to delivering exceptional service to their customers. As a Hire Controller, you will work as part of the rehire team, supporting daily customer requirements. This includes converting enquiries into hires, managing live hire agreements, and ensuring customers receive a professional and efficient service at every stage of the process. What Do I need? • Previous experience in a similar role within the hire industry., • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong professional relationships., • Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, with a polished phone manner., • Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing hire transactions, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Key Responsibilities: • Turning hire enquiries into confirmed bookings efficiently., • Overseeing active hires, including handling returns and daily customer requests., • Utilizing internal systems to check equipment availability and accurately process hire orders., • Ensuring all hire transactions are processed correctly to prevent errors and potential adjustments., • Maintaining professional communication with both clients and colleagues via email and phone., • Addressing customer queries politely and professionally., • Building and maintaining strong working relationships internally and externally., • Delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations. Work Pattern: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:30pm, No Weekends
