We are looking for a Sales Account Specialist who doesn't just wait for the phone to ring—we need a closer who can build a book of business, own the client relationship, and drive our growth to the next level. The Role: Are You a Closer? We aren’t looking for a "front desk clerk." We need a Sales Account Executive who acts as the primary engine for our revenue. You will be the face of MC Wraps, responsible for hunting down new commercial accounts, managing incoming leads with urgency, and ensuring every project is a five-star success from the first quote to the final reveal. Key Responsibilities • Revenue Generation: Proactively identify and pitch local businesses, fleet managers, and agencies to secure large-scale commercial branding contracts., • Lead Conversion: Act as the first point of contact for all inquiries. You are responsible for qualifying leads, providing precise quotes, and following up relentlessly to close the deal., • Account Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is translated perfectly to our design and installation teams., • Project Orchestration: Manage the workflow "lifecycle"—coordinating schedules between the customer and the shop to ensure rapid turnaround times and peak efficiency., • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent MC Wraps at local networking events and trade shows to build a robust pipeline of commercial opportunities., • A Natural Hunter: You have the "sales DNA." You aren't afraid to pick up the phone, walk into a business, or ask for the sale. You thrive on hitting targets., • A Persistent Problem Solver: When a deadline shifts or a design needs a tweak, you don't panic. You find the solution, communicate with the client, and keep the project moving., • Detail-Obsessed: In our world, an inch is a mile. You are meticulous with measurements, contract details, and project specs., • Sales Background: Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or high-end retail (automotive or signage industry experience is a massive plus)., • Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written skills. You can explain the value of a $10k wrap job with confidence. (Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus)., • Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools, QuickBooks, and basic office software.
