The Position's Essential Duties and Requirements: You will be responsible for performing daily conflict checks, preparing conflict check reports on new clients or matters to protect against liability and any conflicting interests. Accurately record billable and non-billable hours spent on client cases, ensuring adequate time tracking for accurate invoicing and generating monthly reports.
