Job Description Administrative Assistant Location: Woodbridge, NJ Pay Rate: $25/hour Schedule: 30 hours/week • Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support for office operations and direct administrative assistance to the Executive Vice President. This temporary role is essential in ensuring smooth workflow, supporting key projects, and collaborating with operational staff. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President, • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events, • Assist with preparing meeting materials and documentation, • Process and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, • Answer and direct phone calls professionally, • Maintain task lists and track deadlines, • Strong organizational and time management skills, • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) To Apply: Send your resume to for immediate consideration.
