What You’ll Do * Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the care recipient’s home or community setting under the supervision of a BCBA. * Implement individualized treatment plans (BIPs) with fidelity, empathy, and consistency. * Support care recipients in building communication, social, and functional living skills. * Collect and record accurate session data using an electronic system (e.g., CentralReach or Rethink). * Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA about progress, barriers, and insights. * Participate in caregiver training sessions to reinforce skills at home. * Maintain confidentiality and uphold iCare Therapy’s high ethical standards. What You’ll Bring * Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred. * Experience providing ABA services or working with children, especially those with autism or developmental differences. * Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. * Comfort working in home-based environments and partnering with caregivers. * Excellent communication, observation, and time management skills. * Positive energy, professionalism, and a heart for helping families thrive.
