Role Description The Office Coordinator supports FWDC’s daily operations by providing front-desk service, onsite school administration and program-related administrative support. This is a part-time, semester-based position with the possibility of teaching in Fall, Spring, and Summer terms depending on department needs and enrollment. Responsibilities • Teach courses in painting and drawing and related media, guiding students through basic to advanced skills and artistic concepts., • Develop and deliver engaging assignments that cover essential techniques, color theory, composition, anatomy, and expressive use of materials., • Lead critiques and discussions that foster constructive peer feedback, self-reflection, and growth in students' personal artistic practice., • Incorporate Christian principles and ethical considerations into teaching, encouraging students to explore the relationship between faith and art., • Engage in faculty collaborations and departmental events to support interdisciplinary projects and exhibitions.
